National Geographic did a story last month on the Hebrides, complete with some stunning photography by Jim Richardson. Here are a couple of samples.  Check out the rest of the photos.

I've only been to the relatively tame Inner Hebrides (Mull and Iona) and they were hauntingly beautiful.
